Our Strategy
We have established ourselves in key cities of the TRONCAL AXIS of our country: Cochabamba, La Paz, and Santa Cruz. We are importers and distributors of LED luminaires and are committed to immediate stock availability, which we have identified as a fundamental strength for our success. To accomplish this, we have outlined a strategic plan involving multifunctional group imports and projects financed by third parties interested in joining our vision.
How It Works
Our workflow consists of well-defined stages. Production of merchandise takes 30 days, followed by dispatch and shipping to Bolivia in 50 days. Next, we complete the customs and logistics process in 5 days and proceed with commercialization for 90 days. We manage the sale of expired stock in 60 days and conduct rigorous control, closure, and auditing on a monthly basis.
Participation in Operations
In each transaction, several stakeholders play specific roles. Investors, independent distributors or sales agents, the luminaire importing company, and warehousing and logistics are key components. Each receives 30% of the profit, except for warehousing and logistics, which receive 10%. The operations flow is transparent and follows the “First In, First Out” (FIFO) principle.
Profitability and Participation
We offer investors the opportunity to be part of a diversified and profitable stock. The average annual profitability is 12% before taxes. Investors participate in approximately two transactional cycles per year, with accountability and payments made by the 10th day of the following month.
